Prof. Giovanni Girelli
Prof. Giovanni Girelli, founder of the law firm, is Full Professor of Tax Law and International Tax Law at Roma Tre University where he gives lectures in Italian and English. He is a lawyer authorized to practice before the Supreme Court. In his professional career, he has held numerous prestigious positions and he offers to clients his expansive, consolidated and recognized experience in the tax law sector, both in terms of assistance in litigation and in terms of national and international consultancy. Prof. Giovanni Girelli has got approximately one hundred scientific publications including articles, court notes and essays published by prestigious Italian and foreign editorial offices. In this regard, he has written four monographs that analyze the most important current issues in the tax field from a national, European and international perspective.
Prof. Giovanni Girelli coordinates the overall activity of the law firm, personally following each assignment with the greatest commitment and dedication.

In 2003 she won a scholarship from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bologna and attended a semester at Marquette University in Milwaukee (USA).
In 2003 she graduated, cum laude, in Law from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, discussing a final dissertation on Commercial Law.
In 2005 he obtained the Specialization diploma for Legal Professions at the E. Redenti Institute in Bologna, discussing a final dissertation on Commercial Law.
In 2011 he obtained the title of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.d.) in Business Law from LUISS.

In 2013 he attended the Erasmus Program at Anglia Ruskin University (United Kingdom), studying the main issues of British taxation.
In 2020 he obtained, cum laude, the title of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.d.) in Tax Law from the Roma Tre University.
He is an expert in Tax Law at the Roma Tre University, where he is also a member of the examination commission at the Department of Law. He has participated and regularly participates in conferences as a speaker.

In 2017 he obtained, cum laude, the diploma of the II level annual master’s degree in Corporate Tax Law at the “Luigi Bocconi” University of Milan.
He is an expert in Tax Law at the Roma Tre University, where he is also a member of the examination commission at the Department of Law. He has participated and regularly participates in conferences as a speaker.

He is an expert in Tax Law at the Roma Tre University, where he is also a member of the examination commission at the Department of Law. He has participated and regularly participates in conferences as a speaker.
